Sony PSP-3000 Review

SONY PSP-3000 review

The third generation Sony psp- 3000 is at a glance not all that different looking than the PSP – 2000. Its little lighter in weight and has few minor cosmetic changes, but the added feature might be worth noting. If you’re looking to upgrade read following review and decide for yourself.

First is the brighter screen that PSP-300 offers. The vibrant colors on the screen you will definitely notice when playing the game or watching videos. Also has anti reflective properties added to it when used outside helps better in viewing. Overall PSP-3000 has better contrast and more color gametes. Compared side to side with the PSP-2000 you will notice right off the back how nice the brighter screen looks. This may be the reason for upgrading just for this reason.

Another change is the built-in microphone. This has the feature role using Skype. But it will definitely be useful for future games for both single and multi-player applications for upcoming new games. The new PSP -3000 will support video output for many HG TVs so that makes better use of it.

New PSP – 3000 is much lighter than psp-2000 which is always nice and has a new dedicated Playstation Home button with the playstation logo.

The new PSP-300’s surface is textured silver and has white buttons which gives a trendy look to it but also being finger print resistant that makes it that much nicer used over time.

The price has not changed from the old version, so with these added features I think it’s worth buying as new.
